REFUND & EXCHANGES POLICY

Our aim is to offer our customers with an satisfied online shopping experience, and we will try our best to achieve this.
However due to the store policy, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit or not as described.
Refunds and Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 3 business days of receiving the products at email@example.com with pictures of the damaged items, then we will decide let you keep or return the damaged item to us. Upon the receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Bootique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
