1. ORDERING

1.1 How do I place an order?

Please, if your item comes in different sizes or colors, carefully choose your correct size or color choice before clicking the “Add to Cart” button. You will then see the Cart page pop up automatically. You can either proceed your order by clicking “Proceed to checkout” or keep shopping. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.

1.2 Do I need to open an account in order to shop with you?

No, accounts are totally optional. You can make purchases and check out as a guest everytime.

However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your shpping details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.

1.3 How do I /create an account?

Please click on “Login/Register” followed by ‘Create An Account’ and fill in your personal particulars.

1.4 I have problems adding products to my shopping cart

You will be able to add the items as long as it is available. There could be an instance where the item is in someone else’s shopping cart hence the status of the items is “Temporarily Unavailable”.

1.5 Can I purchase multiple products in a single order?

Yes! You can choose as many item(s) as you want, just click “Add to Cart” and go back to the product page you are interested in and click “Add to Cart” on that item as well before proceeding to the check out page to finalize your order.

1.6 How do I pay for my orders?

We accept payments via Paypal and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express.

1.7 Can I amend and cancel my order?

Yes, you are able to cancel your order with no penalty! Please email order@bootique.cc and we will help you out with your cancellation. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line “CANCEL+Order ID”.
NOTE: Orders that are already in the process of being shipped cannot be cancelled.

1.8 I have a discount code, how do I use it?

Key in the voucher code in the field “Voucher Code” and click “Add” in your Shopping Cart page before proceeding to the check out. Please note that we are unable to manually apply the voucher code to your order if you have missed adding it during check out. Kindly ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchase.

1.9 How will I know if my order is confirmed?

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, please note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.

 

2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

2.1 When will my order be processed?

All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

2.2 Can I ship the products to an address that does not match my billing address?

Yes, definitely! During the checkout process you are able to enter any shipping address and specify a different billing address.

2.3 How long will it take for me to receive my order?

The standard shipping orders take approximately 1-3 business days to be processed and packaged before they are shipped out of our warehouse. Once the items shipped out, average transit times will be 10-15 business days.

NOTE: There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

2.4 How can I track my delivery?

Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders via Tracking Order page here.

2.5 What are the shipping charges like?

A flat fee of $10.00 for orders below $100, and free shipping for orders above $100. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery.

2.6 Can I change my shipping address after my order has been confirmed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your order is confirmed. Therefore, please ensure you provide the correct shipping address.

2.7 There is a missing item in my order, what should I do?

We apologize for sending you an incomplete order. Please contact our Customer Care Team at order@bootique.cc and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

2.8 I’ve received a defective item, what should I do?

We apologize if you had received a defective or damaged item from us. Please contact our Customer Care Team at order@bootique.cc with a snapshot of the product and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

2.9 I’ve received an incorrect item, what should I do?

We apologize for sending you the wrong item. Please contact our Customer Care Team at order@bootique.ccc and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

2.10 I’ve purchased the wrong size or color

We do not provide exchanges for size or color. Please keep in mind that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. You can refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy here to get more information.

2.11 I have not received my parcel, what should I do?

Kindly drop us an email at order@bootique.cc if you have not received your parcel after 14 business days and we will assist you accordingly!

2.12 Will there be an additional charge for redelivery?

There are no additional charges for redelivery up to two times. It is chargeable on the third attempt onwards.

2.13 I have yet to receive my parcel within the stipulated time frame. Whom can I contact?

You may check the status of your parcel via “Tracking Order” page to find out why it might have been delayed. Alternatively, you may drop us an email at order@bootique.cc and we will assist you further.

 

3. PAYMENT

3.1 What payment methods do you accept?

We securely accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments. We do apologize that personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit card payments, or cash on deliveries (C.O.D) are not accepted on our website.

3.2 I’ve been charged multiple times, what do I do?

Please confirm if you received an email confirmation via the email address you entered. If you see multiple pending charges on your bank statement they will drop off your account in a few business days depending on your bank’s institution. Please contact your bank if you have any further questions regarding the pending charges. Please be sure the billing address you are providing us is matching the exact billing address associated with your credit card and only click the submit button once to prevent multiple charges.
